Fall Funding Cycle 2012
  1. Letter of Inquiry Due June 15, 2012 by 5pm: The Health Trust awards grants twice a year. The submission deadline for letters of inquiry for the Fall Funding Cycle is June 15, 2012 by 5PM (for grants that run January 1 through December 31). Letters received after either deadline will be processed during the next cycle.

  2. Applicant informed July 6, 2012: After reviewing the submitted Letter of Inquiries, applicants will be informed whether their submission has been declined or accepted for proposal submission by July 6, 2012.

  3. Proposal due August 10, 2012 by 5PM: After having been accepted for proposal submission, potential Grantees must prepare their proposal. The proposal must be completed and submitted by no later than August 10, 2012 at 5PM to be accepted for the Fall Funding Cycle.

  4. Board meeting December 6, 2012: On December 6, 2012, the board will meet to make the final grant decisions on proposals accepted for the Fall Funding Cycle. Letters of decision will then be sent out.
